Zoning or the system used for land-use regulation. It is derived from a regular use. The usual use of land based on mapped zones which distinguish one part from another. These zoning techniques are used for separating the powers as well as separation of activities and duties. There are usually various departments in a business which have different and individual sets of activities and duties. The purpose for which these duties should not get mixed up, the zoning technique is used. The zoning is actually separating and assigning the particular duties to the desired people. So, to avoid the clashes between the duties there is a necessity for separating out the individual activities. This process is called as the zoning. The codes used for individual departments after separation, needs some basic norms and rules. These are called as the Zoning codes. The zoning codes include individual activities of each of the departments as well as the activities of the sub-departments in it along with the activities of the individual employees working in that department. This helps in governing the business with greater efficiency.
